Job Description

International Industries is seeking an Aftersales Supervisor to manage aftersales operations and ensure customer satisfaction across our dealer network. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines, along with 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting performance issues, coordinating repairs or replacements, and providing feedback for product improvement. Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential.

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month, along with comprehensive benefits.
