Job Description
International Industries is seeking an Aftersales Supervisor to oversee aftersales operations and ensure high customer satisfaction within our dealer network. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting performance issues, and coordinating repairs. A strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills are essential.
Qualifications:
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in aftersales service.
- Customer-focused with effective communication skills.
