Job Description
The Front Staff Members play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operations at the restaurant. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, managing seating, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the traditions of desi cuisine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and guide customers to their tables.
- Present menus and provide recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management.
- Inform customers about specials and upsell items.
