Kolaxo Contact Center Services is seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage our travel consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Travel Consultancy, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team
- Lead travel consultants and implement sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and ensure excellent customer service
- Conduct training sessions and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in the travel industry
- Proven leadership skills
- Travel industry certifications (IATA preferred)
- Experience with Galileo, Sabre, and GDS WorldSpan
