Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound call systems
- Providing inquiries related to customers
- Addressing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer dealing, preferably in a UK-based environment
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, including incentives up to 15k.
Benefits: Free medical insurance.
Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night), with work-from-home options after probation.
