Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented QA Evaluator to join our team. In this role, you will perform live call monitoring and provide trend data to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of One year Call Center Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must possess good communication skills
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Excellent proficiency in MS-Excel (Stats/Graphs)

Pay: Rs37,00.00 – Rs42,00.00 per month
