Job Description
Join The Citizens Foundation (TCF) as a Vocational Program Coordinator. You will manage operations (50%) by collaborating with the production team, overseeing training sessions, and managing inventory. Your monitoring role (30%) includes conducting site visits and preparing field reports to evaluate program success. Additionally, you’ll handle data management and reporting (20%), maintaining a centralized database, generating performance reports, and creating visual reports.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination or similar roles.
