Job Description
S Ventures is seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will report to senior management and provide essential secretarial and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform secretarial duties and support senior management.
- Type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations.
- Enter data, maintain databases, and keep organized records.
- Liaise with internal departments, answer calls, and arrange travel.
- Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and maintain an events calendar.
- Prepare facilities for events and arrange refreshments as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs20,468.89 – Rs59,995.93 per month
Location: Islamabad (Reliably commute or planning to relocate preferred)
