Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to recruit new truck drivers and carriers.
- Build strong relationships with potential partners.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team for seamless onboarding.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Degree in business or related fields is a plus.
- Fresh Graduate or proven experience in sales or customer service.
