Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Monitor LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Implement IT security measures.
- Provide technical support to staff.
- Conduct regular system audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 1 year of IT support experience (Call Center preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux and networking.
