Job Description
Transworld Home Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Center Representative to join our Customer Experience team. This role involves managing Webchat and WhatsApp support, handling customers’ posts and direct messages on social media, and attending to complaints with appropriate diagnostics.
You will be responsible for collaborating with internal departments, recording complaints in CRM, and engaging in upselling and cross-selling strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
A Bachelor’s degree in a telecommunications discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer services/support are required.
