Job Description
HR Professional is seeking an enthusiastic IT System and Network Support Officer to enhance our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Install and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Provide user support and educate users on technical issues.
- Manage user access and respond to security incidents.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and assist with projects.
- Maintain documentation and generate performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
