Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable Shift Manager to oversee daily operations at our petrol pump. The role includes managing the shift, supervising staff, maintaining customer service, ensuring inventory levels, and complying with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise staff, handle customer queries, maintain cleanliness and safety, record sales and inventory, and coordinate with suppliers.
Requirements: Minimum graduation, fresh to 1 year of supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
