Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee our operations at The Beaconhouse Times in Faisalabad. This position requires a graduation degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience. The selected candidate will develop and execute strategies for buying and merchandising, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.
Key responsibilities include evaluating staff roles, identifying training needs, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with sales and marketing to boost product visibility. Travel may be required to visit suppliers and attend industry events.
