Job Description
Location: Valencia Town, Lahore
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Rotational Shifts)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: 50,00 to 150,00 per month
Additional Benefits: Commission structure and performance bonuses
Digitizing Solutions is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for the night shift. Candidates must have prior experience in customer service and knowledge of CRM tools, particularly Zendesk. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing accurate information, and collaborating to enhance customer satisfaction.
