Job Description

Xcentric Services is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The HR Manager will oversee the onboarding process, develop HR strategies, maintain workplace health and safety compliance, and manage performance appraisal systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, a minimum of 2 years of experience in a software house, and familiarity with HR systems. Female candidates are preferred.

Job Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore, Pakistan
