Job Description
Mablay Beauty (VINCÉ) is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving sales within the FMCG and Personal Care Products or Cosmetics sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train the sales team in the assigned territory.
- Track sales goals and report results.
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation.
- Build relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications: Business Graduate in Marketing or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years in Cosmetics or FMCG.
