Job Description
Join Link HR Consultants as a Senior Pharmacist. In this role, you will be responsible for operational oversight of pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate medication dispensing, and compliance with organizational standards. You will lead and mentor pharmacy staff, manage inventory to prevent shortages, and provide expert clinical advice to patients. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to pharmacy laws and implement quality assurance programs. Financial management, including tracking expenses and finding cost-saving opportunities, will also be part of your duties, alongside driving operational improvements in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
