Job Description
1. Job Purpose: The Fleet Management Officer will be responsible for overseeing the efficient distribution of products, ensuring accurate delivery and high customer satisfaction.
2. Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate product distribution for timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
- Implement strategies to optimize distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage distribution staff, including drivers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality control standards.
3. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
