Job Description
Join our team at Yes Cart as a Customer Service Representative! Your primary responsibilities include contacting customers to confirm order details, ensuring accuracy in customer information, and responding to inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude. You’ll assist customers with questions about products, orders, and shipping, while documenting all interactions in our order system. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required.
Preferred qualifications include previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
