Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is looking for a dedicated Sales Officer to join our team at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, coordinate with airlines on flight bookings, and ensure excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities & Skills:
- Provide empathetic and professional customer support.
- Coordinate flight bookings and confirmations.
- Liaise with stakeholders.
- Keep records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Masters in Supply Chain/Marketing.
Experience: Fresh to 6 months.
