Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development Limited, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving complaints.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate.
Communication Skills: Fluent in English.
Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or call center, preferably with UK-based clients.
Salary: Rs 45,00 per month, with incentives up to Rs 15,00.
Benefits: Free medical insurance available.
Shift: Rotational shifts (morning, evening, night) with work from home options after probation.
Location: Lahore (Required).
