Job Description
Ibees Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative for our Packaging-based project. You will manage inquiries from international clients through calls, chats, and emails, converting them into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer communications and inquiries.
- Collaborate with Sales and Project Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Work with design and shipping teams to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior packaging experience preferred but not mandatory.
Location: MM Alam Road, Lahore | Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month, exclusive of commissions.
