Job Description
IBEES Consulting is looking for a highly skilled and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative for our Packaging-based project targeting an international audience. This full-time position requires managing incoming calls, chats, and emails to generate sales inquiries. You will work under the supervision of the Sales Manager and Project Manager, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed properly, handling customer complaints, and coordinating with different teams for timely delivery of services.
Location: MM Alam Road, Lahore | Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift) | Days Off: Saturday and Sunday | Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month (exclusive of sales commissions).
