Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW: Steps Ahead Private Limited is looking for a Territory Manager to spearhead our distribution and trade efforts. This vital front-line role focuses on driving sales and key performance indicators within your territory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: You will enhance store visibility, coordinate operational plans, lead a team, and support our digital transformation strategy.
SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong business acumen, excellent communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI are essential.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of FMCG sales experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,00.00 – Rs130,00.00 per month
