Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing inbound call systems
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Handling customer complaints
- Acting as a Customer Services Sales Agent
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate
- Age limit: 18 – 35 years
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in UK-based companies
Salary: Rs 37,00, including up to Rs 15,00 in incentives. Free medical insurance provided.
Shifts: Rotational shifts for males; morning shifts for females. Work from home available after probation.
