Job Description
HCMS is urgently looking for an HR Executive to join our team in Gujranwala. The successful candidate will manage employee attendance records, facilitate payroll processing, and oversee HR operations including onboarding and maintaining employee records. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labor laws and foster positive employee relations by addressing queries and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, particularly in attendance management and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
