Job Description
We’re hiring Sales Trainers for All Star BPO to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi.
Locations:
Nadra Branch, Rawalpindi
Main Branch, Chandni Chowk, Rawalpindi
Shift: Night Shift
Requirements:
– 4-5 years of experience in training and development within the call center industry.
– Proven track record of training in Medicare, Final Expense (FE), Affordable Care Act (ACA), Solar, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
– Excellent communication and leadership skills.
– Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions to enhance sales performance, develop training materials, and collaborate with management to meet training needs.
