Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is looking for fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dedicated team. As an SB Agent, your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding general support. You will also gather customer feedback to help enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English speaking and listening
- Laptop with Windows 10 or the latest version
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet (minimum 15 Mbps)
Job Type: Full-time (7:30 PM – 5:30 AM with breaks)
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
