Job Description
Zeetechcent is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant / HR Officer / HR Executive to join our team.
- Prepare Organization charts and Job Descriptions / Job specifications
- Engage in Organizational design and job evaluation
- Manage Recruitment and Selection processes:
- Submit monthly HR Planning to align with departmental needs for recruitment.
- Oversee the Recruitment Process via LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels for CV collection.
- Conduct Selection Process, including resume screening, interviews, and medical checkups, followed by job offer issuance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month
