Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Team Lead to oversee our night shift operations at Crossnotch Firm. You will lead a team of remote call center agents, ensuring they meet KPIs while fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities include coaching team members, monitoring performance, and resolving escalated issues.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in a call center, proven leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and familiarity with call center software is a plus. We offer a competitive salary of PKR 40,00 – PKR 50,00 per month.
