Job Description
Grand City is seeking dedicated and professional Call Centre Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. You will provide product information, resolve complaints with empathy, and update customer records in our database.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or high school degree in commerce, language, or sales, along with customer service experience. Strong verbal communication skills and basic computer knowledge are essential.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00, with work performed in person.
