About the Role: Medtaskly is seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our healthcare BPO team. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: Includes first-level support, managing user accounts, performing system updates, and assisting with VoIP setups.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 2+ years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare/BPO, knowledge of HIPAA compliance, and relevant certifications are a plus.
