Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer for our client based in Faisalabad. As the first point of contact, you will ensure the front desk is organized and welcoming.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a neat front desk area.
- Answer client inquiries and incoming calls.
- Redirect calls and take messages.
- Accept and distribute letters/packages.
- Organize and forward emails.
- Order office supplies.
- Maintain records efficiently.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years experience. 2 openings for male and female candidates. Hours: 10 AM to 8 PM (Mon-Sat), Location: Peoples Colony, Faisalabad. Perfect eyesight required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs30,00/month
