Job Description
Focus IT Services Pvt Ltd is seeking experienced Customer Service Specialists (CSRs) to be the voice of our brand. You will address customer needs, inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Working Hours: 1 PM to 9:45 PM
