Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support and event management.
- Engage proactively with Site End Users to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep Service Desk team and Head Office IT informed during service interruptions and major incidents.
What Makes You Successful:
- BCS degree with at least 3 years of relevant Technical Support experience.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE) are a plus.
- Experience in hardware/software installation and troubleshooting is desirable.
