Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will be responsible for managing 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging interested customers, and forwarding calls to appropriate agents for further assistance.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with Windows 10 or later
- High-quality headset
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Pay: Rs12,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
This is a full-time position, in person.
