Job Description

Join CIEL Recruitment Agency as a Call Center Agent! In this role, you will generate leads and sales through engaging phone conversations with potential customers. Your responsibilities include asking targeted questions, listening to customers’ needs, and providing excellent product information while meeting sales quotas.

Requirements: Team player, confident, excellent English communication skills, and mobility (experience preferred). Available shifts are night shift (02:00 PM to 10:00 PM) with Sundays off. Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore.

Salary & Benefits: Full-time salary of Rs30,00 – Rs35,00 plus commissions, sick and casual leave, and annual leave. Medical coverage after 12 months of service.
