Job Description
Raaziq International PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Serena Hotel, Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive and professional attitude towards our customers at all times.
Key responsibilities include coordinating flight bookings with airlines and customers, providing shipment status updates, and keeping records of customer interactions. You will also be expected to provide feedback to enhance customer service efficiency and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Marketing. Experience: Fresh to 6 months. Gender: Male. Salary: Market competitive.
