Job Description
Join Nestlé Pakistan as a Manufacturing Excellence Manager at our Kabirwala Factory. In this role, you will drive improvement initiatives, oversee Continuous Improvement processes, and ensure adherence to factory Key Performance Indicators. You will facilitate collaboration among stakeholders for efficiency and support annual planning.
Key responsibilities include conducting benchmark studies, maintaining labor standards, and implementing Nestlé Continuous Excellence initiatives across manufacturing sites. We seek a candidate with a university degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical) and a minimum of 3 years of engineering or production experience.
