Job Description
Crossnotch Private Limited is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, engaging with interested customers.
Compensation:
- QA Approved Transfer-Based Earnings
- Retention Bonuses based on working hours
Shift Timings: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
Requirements: Good English skills, a working laptop (Windows 10), high-quality headset, and strong internet (minimum 15 Mbps).
