Job Description

A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to handle inbound customer service calls.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls and inquiries.
• Provide online support regarding services.
• Follow up with the operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours.
• Create and close network trouble tickets and maintain fault records.
• Execute special tasks as assigned during duty.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; fresher or 1 year of call center experience (UK-based campaign).

Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 (negotiable) with incentives up to Rs15,00.

Shift: Rotational for males; morning shift for females.

Location: Lahore
