Job Description

Seller Downtown is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars and coordinate travel.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and manage confidential information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of executive support experience.
• Strong communication skills.
