Job Description
Full Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to handle patient inquiries over the phone. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls, actively listen to patient concerns, schedule appointments, and direct patients to the appropriate healthcare provider as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Answer patient calls, listen to concerns, schedule appointments, direct patients, provide clinic information, and maintain records.
Qualifications: Medical experience preferred, customer service background, excellent communication skills, proficient in scheduling software.
