Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage data related to SEC Form 144 filings at 2iQ. This vital role includes manual data entry, precise data mapping, and quality control measures as per our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate manual data entry of historical SEC Form 144 data.
- Data mapping to associate elements with relevant entities.
- Management of quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in data entry and analysis.
- Familiarity with SQL; knowledge of SEC filings is a plus.
- High attention to detail.
