Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process, onboard new employees, maintain HR databases, and support employee engagement initiatives. You’ll handle inquiries, contribute to performance management, ensure compliance with labor laws, and help develop HR policies.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, has proven HR experience, and possesses strong communication skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office is essential. HR certification and familiarity with HRIS systems are preferred.
