Job Description
Join Crossnotch Firm as a Customer Service Representative (Avatar Agent)! We are seeking both fresh and experienced candidates to handle 600-800 incoming calls. Your main responsibility will be to qualify and engage customers, forwarding their inquiries to the right agents.
Shift Timing: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks).
Requirements: Good English proficiency, a laptop with Windows 10, a quality headset, and a stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
Compensation: Commission-based with retention bonuses. Earn between Rs 5,00.00 – Rs 120,00.00 per month.
