Job Description
Sybrid Lahore is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls in a professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints
- Providing product and service information
- Processing orders and applications
- Escalating priority issues as needed
- Coordinating with relevant departments
- Generating and following up on business leads
- Completing additional tasks from your line manager
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: PKR 32,00 – PKR 35,00 per month
Benefits: Medical coverage, group life insurance after six months.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
