Job Description

In this vital role, you will deliver outstanding support to our customers via phone, chat, and email. Proficiency in Zendesk or similar CRM systems is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally address customer inquiries.
- Provide precise product information.
- Achieve performance targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Able to work during night shifts.
