Job Description
MindStorm Communications is searching for a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure exceptional service delivery. The preferred candidate should possess 6 to 12 months of quality assurance experience outside the call center industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess processes to guarantee alignment with company quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective actions.
- Monitor interactions and provide constructive feedback for enhancements.
- Maintain and document comprehensive quality reports.
- Collaborate with teams for ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
